Support the Legally BLK Fund

Your support will allow us to continue supporting aspiring Black women lawyers. By providing financial support and resources and reducing some of the barriers of entry to the legal profession, we aim to increase the representation of Black women in law.

One-on-One Mentorship Program

Seeking women of color attorneys to serve as mentors. Mentors will be paired to a Legally BLK Fund participant and serve as a direct resource. The one-on-one mentoring program requires a minimum 1-year commitment with the hope that many relationships will last a lifetime. The organization will provide structured guided work to sustain mentor/mentee relationships. We ask that mentors check in with their mentees monthly, and participate in hosting a Legally BLK Chat. Interested? Please reach out to talia@legallyblkfund.org.

Donate

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the law is the least racially diverse profession in the nation. Your contribution will help us support the legal aspirations of more Black women while equipping them with the tools and resources to be successful in law school and beyond.

Host a Legally BLK Chat

Host a virtual chat or webinar about the following topics: success in the law school application process, your field of law, resume & interview tips, etc.

If you are interested, please email talia@legallyblkfund.org.

In-Kind Services

We are also seeking assistance from individuals with experience with providing administrative services, digital strategy, social media, photography, non-profit accounting, fundraising, and more.  For inquiries, please email us at info@legallyblkfund.org.
